What parking options are available at the hotel?
Valet parking is available at Hotel Wales with in/out service. There are also independent garages near
Hotel Wales.
Valet Fees: $49.00 per 24 hours with a $10 in/out fee
Is internet access available in-room?
Yes, all rooms offer wireless internet access for $12.95 per day, as well as dial-up services.
What time is check in/out?
Check in anytime after 3:00 pm day of arrival and check out at 11:00 am day of departure.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, the Hotel Wales welcomes you and your domestic pet. Please indicate the type of animal that is
traveling with you, as well as the size of your pet. If you have any last-minute pet needs, there are
several terrific pet shops nearby. You will also find that New York is a very pet friendly city, with many
shops and restaurants making water and treats readily available. You and your pet can enjoy nearby Central
Park together.
Is Room Service Available?
Yes, room service menus are provided in your hotel room. To order, simply dial 7111 from the room phone.
Breakfast service is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
Afternoon Tea service is Monday – Friday 3:30 – 5:30pm
Dinner service is Monday – Saturday 5:30 – 10:30pm and Sunday 5:30 – 9:30pm
Brunch service is Saturday and Sunday 8:00 – 4:00pm

Paola's Restaurant
Hotel Wales is proud to offer delicious, old-school Italian cuisine at Paola's. For the past 23 years,
Paola's has been an Upper East Side institution that is a little hidden, a little mysterious and definitely
the type of place that makes you feel like you are in an "old school," romantic Italian movie. Enjoy
homemade pastas, delectable beef short ribs, and fine wines. You might even meet Paola herself, as she
makes it a point to greet dining guests.
